The Mobile Mark MX-MGK is a two-magnet adapter kit designed for compatible MX9 Series vehicle antennas. It provides a removable magnetic-mount installation for applications that do not use the antenna’s standard through-hole mounting configuration.
The adapter uses an 18-gauge cold-rolled-steel bracket with a black powder-coated finish. Two 3.17 in magnetic bases feature black ABS covers and protective black Mylar gaskets. The complete bracket assembly measures 9.54 in long by 3.17 in wide by 1.21 in high.
A 0.90 in center opening accommodates the antenna’s 7/8-20 mounting stud. The installation arrangement uses a foam gasket and 7/8-20 base-bolt nut to secure the antenna to the magnetic adapter.
The MX-MGK is RoHS compliant. This listing is for the magnetic adapter kit only; the compatible MX9 Series antenna and RF cable assemblies are sold separately.
