SHIPPING

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Mobile Mark’s eStore can estimate shipping charges and add them to your total, or you can provide us with your shipping account number and your shipper will charge your account for the shipping. Please note that Shipping Charges are Estimated and will be adjusted at the time of processing your order. These Shipping Charges are generally higher estimations and will usually be adjusted to the correct UPS charges.

Our standard method of shipping is UPS. We currently only offer a Standard Ground Shipping and no expedited options.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS Shipping Options Only Guarantee Service for "Business Day" Deliveries.

Please be aware that our antennas are manufactured to order ( BUILT-TO-ORDER, WE USUALLY HOLD NO STOCK ) and shipping times apply after the products are manufactured. Given current supply chain challenges, production Lead Times for products that are built to order are currently running an Estimated 4 weeks after the order is processed.

We also offer a Limited number of Ready to Ship Antennas and Accessories that can be shipped within 2-3 days. Please Note that you must be an Authorized Reseller to view the Ready to Ship Models.

Please note that your credit card will only be billed at the time your order is ready to ship out. Credit card payments are handled by a third-party processor. For your privacy and protection, the Credit Card industry regulations limit the amount of time credit card information can be held. If your order takes more than 30 days to process, we will work with you to reprocess your payment information.

Many of our customers choose to provide us with their company’s customer shipping account number for UPS, FedEx or DHL. We will use your shipping account number and the shipper will bill you directly. Many of our customers find that this results in lower shipping costs.  Customer Shipping information is required for International shipments.

If you wish to use a shipper other than UPS, FedEx, or DHL, please send us the information and we will work directly with you to see if we can arrange shipping.

If you choose “Customer Supplied Shipping Number”, your shipping charges will register as $0.00 on the eStore invoice, and you will be billed directly by your shipper.

 

 


RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
