The DM-1620-3C-WHT-120 is a low-profile, stud-mounted antenna approved for Iridium satellite communications. It covers 1616-1626.5 MHz with 3.5 dBi peak gain and right-hand circular polarization (RHCP), making it suitable for mobile and fixed installations on vehicles, containers, and equipment enclosures.
The white, UV-resistant ASA radome is IP67 rated for protection against dust and water. This configuration includes 10 ft (3.05 m) of LL-195 cable terminated with an SMA plug, along with a mounting nut, lock washer, and sealing gasket. The antenna can operate without a ground plane, including on fiberglass or plastic surfaces, although a ground plane is recommended when practical for optimal performance.
