The 4-cable LTMG408 (2x Global 5G LTE, WiFi, GPS) is the GPS version of the LTMG408 and it includes two Global 5G LTE, one WiFi and one GPS element. This provides MIMO (multiple-input-multiple-output) coverage for Cellular, but not for the WiFi. 

Measuring 5.5″ (140 mm) in diameter with a low profile of 2.38″ (60.4 mm), the LTMG408 series antennas take up significantly less space than multiple antennas.
