The ECOM6-5900 Series are mag-mount versions of the ECO6-5900 Series omni-directional antennas designed for autonomous and connected cars using C-V2X or DSRC.
These antennas are free space designs and ground plane independent. They can be used on any surface. They use low loss 195 cable to improve efficiency. The vertical radomes are black fiberglass with an ASA base assembly. All ECOM antennas are weatherproof. The antennas have a 2.6″ (66 mm) diameter base and use a strong commercial magnet. A scratch resistant covering is provided on the bottom of the antenna to protect the vehicle.
The Mag-mount antennas are typically provided with 10 feet (3 m) of cable and Fakra Jack Signal Blue (Female) connector. Other cable lengths and other connectors are available, please contact factory.
